Acquaintance Party 2008 at Chateau 1771 Ortigas

Informatics Valenzuela held its annual acquaintance party last July 10, 2008. For this year the event was held at Chateau 1771 at El Pueblo in the Ortigas Center.

Despite the wet weather, more than 75% of Informatics students were on hand to partake of the free food and drinks provided by the school. To kick off the night, the band Sagala (whose guitarist is an Informatics student) performed a few acoustic songs. A video presentation was then shown that depicted different Informatics activities throughout the years. The main activity for the evening was a ramp modeling contest featuring different groups of students in Informatics. An awarding also took place with prizes given to Mr. and Ms. Congeniality, Mr. and Ms. Fabulous, and the Astig Group of the Night. To cap the night off, students took to the floor to dance the night away.
